Following on from the Cessna 182, ST Models have now created this fabulous model of one of the all time favourite light aircraft, the Piper J-3 Cub.

Moulded in impact resistant EPO foam and with a superb semi-scale shape, this new Cub can be assembled in minutes, thanks to the factory installation of the motor, ESC, servos and cables. Just add 8 x AA Batteries for the transmitter, charge the 3-cell Li-Poly flight battery with the included charger and you are ready to fly. From out of the box to in the air will be limited by how long it takes to charge a battery, assembly is that fast!

Scale details include moulded surface features in the foam and a clever sprung undercarriage. The powerful, brushless outrunner motor and 10A ESC give spritely power and great endurance from the included 1000mAh battery. Supplied complete with 36 MHz radio, 11.1V/1000 mAh Li-Poly battery and charger.

Like all Cubs, this is not a model for beginners, but would make a good step up after a trainer.
